Conference Registration

At OMC we believe in creating opportunities for professionals to network and learn, therefore, aware of the difficult budget of many companies, our conference registration fees have not increased since 2005!

Advanced registration is strongly recommended to avoid queuing upon arrival.

From 1st January 2011, new VAT rules  apply to the organizing of Conferences, Events and Exhibitions in  EU countries.

Concerning Italy, please be informed that:
- Italian companies  and foreign individuals are charged 20% VAT
- Foreign companies (European and Worldwide) are not charged 20% VAT provided that they can submit their tax identification number or VAT number (art. 7-TER, comma 1, lett. a)

Full Delegate Registration
€ 750 for foreign Companies (€ 900 VAT incl. for Italian Companies an foreign individuals)
3 day technical programme, all Workshops, 3 lunches and coffee breaks, social programme, delegate kit including proceedings CD Rom

Full Registration for Speaker/Session Chairman/OMC Committee Members
€ 625 for foreign Companies ( € 750 VAT incl. for Italian Companies an foreign individuals)
3 day technical programme, Workshops, 3 lunches and coffee breaks, social programme, delegate kit including proceedings CD Rom

One Day Registration
€ 500 for foreign Companies ( € 600 VAT incl. for Italian Companies an foreign individuals)
1 day technical programme and workshops, 1 lunch and coffee break, delegate kit including proceedings CD Rom

Accompanying Person
€ 292 for foreign Companies ( € 350 VAT incl. for Italian Companies an foreign individuals)
lunches and coffee breaks, social programme and guided tours

Workshop Registration
€ 125 for foreign Companies ( € 150 VAT incl. for Italian Companies an foreign individuals)
single workshop attendance, proceedings CD Rom, 1 lunch and coffee break 

University students who register by 15th March are granted free access to the conference sessions and workshops. Student identification must be provided.

Press accreditation is available to members of the working press (reporters, writers, editors, publishers). Official letter or copy of press membership card must be provided upon registration.

Delegate registration entitles you to access the exhibition area, no need to register as a Visitor.
