Conference participation implies registration fees, which vary depending on the option you select (full registration, one day registration, workshops registration).
Advanced registration is strongly recommended, all requests must be submitted using the online form.
On site registrations must be paid by cash or credit card upon arrival.

Paying accompanying persons (only 1 per delegate) will have access to all working luncheons, social events and city guided tours.
University Students are granted free access to the Conference Sessions and Workshops, provided adequate documentation is shown.

OMC 2011 working language is English. Simultaneous translation will be provided during the Opening Plenary Session and the Special Session only.

• Complimentary Guided tours of Ravenna
• The 19th Golf Tournament at the Adriatic Golf Club  of Cervia Milano Marittima on 22nd March. The same evening a Kick off Welcome Party is offered at OMC 2011 Venue.
• OMC Gala Dinner during which Delegates will enjoy a taste of local cuisine in a warm and elegant setting.
• The traditional Gala Concert organised in the wonderful Sant’Apollinare in Classe Basilica.

Eating & Going Out

Full conference and accompanying person registrations include daily lunch and coffee breaks. While in Ravenna we recommend some restaurants which have signed up to grant discounts to all OMC 2011 participants.

Shops

Normally open Mondays through Saturdays, from 9.00 to 12.30 and from 15.30 to 19.30. Some shops in the town centre are closed on Thursday afternoon. Main shopping centers and supermarkets are open 8.00 to 20.00


Car Parks

For your convenience, over 1000 parking spaces are available free of charge at Pala de André. Hundreds more are within 5 min. walk from the venue.
In town all blue line parking spaces are toll parking (from 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m only). Look for the parking meter closer to you, pay and display your ticket.
