The exhibition
Visitors admission is FREE. Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to visit.
The conference and Workshops
DELEGATE advance registration is recommended. EARLY BIRD REDUCED FEES WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM MAY 2010.
University Students are granted free access to the Conference Sessions, provided adequate documentation is shown.
Representatives from the media are invited to register in advance. In order to obtain press accreditation an official letter or press agency membership must be provided.
Language
The working language is English. During the Plenary Session simultaneous translation will be provided.
