Online registrations are now closed. Registrations are accepted onsite only at OMC venue.
Reception desk are opening on Tuesday 28th from 14 to 18 and during OMC 2017 daily from 8.00 a.m.
 
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING
All conference attendees must pay the full registration fees before the event starts. 
Complete your registration until you receive an Confirmation of order number by e-mail.
An official invoice will be sent within 24 hours indicating Delegate and OMC details.

University Students (undergraduate , PhD, Master degrees) are granted free access to the Conference Sessions as well as a copy of OMC 2017 proceedings. Online registrations are now closed. You are welcome to register onsite at Pala de André - please remember to show your student ID. 

Press accreditation is available to the working press (reporters, journalists, editors, publishers). 
An official letter or copy of press membership card must be sent together with accreditation form and shown at the registration desk.
 
REGISTRATION FEES vary depending on payment date and option. 
Fees are in Euros, subject to 22% VAT if applicable.
VAT rules applying to Conferences, Events and Exhibitions in EU countries are as follows:
Italian companies  and foreign individuals are charged 22% VAT
Foreign companies (European and Worldwide) are not charged 22% VAT provided they indicate tax identification number or VAT number on the registration form

€ 950 includes: same benefits as Delegate full registration

One Day Registration   € 950 includes: 1 day technical programme, 1 lunch, delegate kit including proceedings CD/DVD

Course on Advanced Safety Techniques in Offshore Operations organised by the University of Bologna  € 250

Single Panel Discussion registration € 150 (including lunch) 

 
The above registration options entitle you to access the exhibition area, no need to register as a Visitor.

 

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Substitutions are accepted at any time. Send details to registration@omc.it
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail. If cancellations are received before 15th February 2017, 75% of the fees will be refunded after the event. There will be no refund for cancellations after 15th February 2017.

You can register online selecting bank transfer or card payment,  after 15th March only credit cards are accepted, both online and onsite.
