Bank transfer registrations are not accepted after 10th March.

You can still register until 18th March paying by credit card only.

After this date registrations will be processed on site only, according to availability.

On site registrations must be paid by cash or credit card.

Advanced booking is strongly recommended to avoid queuing upon arrival.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE REGISTERING

All conference attendees must pay the full registration fees before the event.

Each delegate can pay for one social event accompanying person (only 1 per delegate).

University Students (undergraduate and post-graduate) are granted free access to the Conference Sessions and Workshops as well as a copy of OMC 2015 proceedings, provided adequate documentation is shown. Students are requested to register online before 10th March.

Press accreditation is available to members of the working press (reporters, writers, editors, publishers). They are invited to use the press room on the first floor in Hall 6.
In order to register an official letter or copy of press membership card must be sent together with accreditation and shown upon arrival. Please avoid applying if the above criteria cannot be satisfied.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees vary depending on the selected option (full registration, one day registration, workshops registration, Speaker, Chairperson, OMC Committee Members, Accompanying Person). Registration fees are in Euros, subject to 22% VAT if applicable.

VAT rules applying to Conferences, Events and Exhibitions in EU countries are as follows:
Italian companies and foreign individuals are charged 22% VAT
Foreign companies (European and Worldwide) are not charged 22% VAT provided they indicate tax identification number or VAT number on the registration form

Full Delegate Registration
€ 900 includes:
3 day technical programme, delegate kit including proceedings CD/DVD, 3 lunches, Welcome reception, Gala Dinner, coffee breaks, city guided tours

Full Registration for Speaker/Session Chairperson /OMC Committee Members
€ 800 includes: same benefits as above

One Day Registration € 700 includes: 1 day technical programme, 1 lunch, delegate kit including proceedings CD/DVD

Workshop Registration € 150 includes: single workshop attendance, 1 lunch, welcome kit.

Accompanying Person
€ 450 includes: 3 lunches, Welcome reception, Gala Dinner, city guided tours. No conference attendance.

All the above registration options entitle you to access the exhibition area, no need to register as a Visitor.

SUBSTITUTION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

Substitutions are accepted at any time. Send details to registration@omc.it
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail. If cancellations are received before 15th February 2015, 75% of the fees will be refunded after the OMC Event.

There will be no refund for cancellations sent after 15th February 2015.
