• PAPER WITHDRAWAL - CANCELLATION POLICY
Authors of accepted paper proposals are requested to submit a manuscript for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Conference proceeding will be available at Conference begin, therefore paper manuscripts must be sent in advance, within the deadline set by the Programme Committee.
It is a disappointment to the Conference Organisers and registered delegates when papers scheduled for presentation are withdrawn, especially when cancellation occurs late in the process.
In fact late cancellations may compromise the quality of the technical sessions and make it impossible for the Organisers to compensate. Please consider the work done by the Programme Committee, the selection process and the fact that some other paper proposals have been rejected.
Authors of papers included in the conference programme are considered to have made a firm commitment in this sense. Should it become unavoidably necessary for the Author of a paper included in the program to cancel it, he/she must send a withdrawal request in writing, as early as possible, providing an explanation for the failure to follow through on the commitment taken.
